Our Pastor Emeritus

Pastor David Sandvick is a native of Western Maryland and was born in the old Miner’s Hospital in Frostburg. He is a graduate of Washington Bible College in Washington D.C. with a B.A. in Biblical Studies. He has been an ordained Baptist minister since 1982. Pastor David is married with two children and has been serving this congregation since 1991. Pastor David’s approach to preaching and teaching is fundamental and Biblically based. He emphasizes first of all, an understanding of the Word of God, and secondly, personal application of the truths of the Word of God. As of May 2022, Pastor David has retired and now holds the title of Pastor Emeritus.
